The MIELE KM 8482 FR is a premium 80 cm built-in induction hob designed for demanding home chefs who require flexibility, precision and elegant design. Its wide cooking surface incorporates four induction cooking zones, including a large PowerFlex XL cooking area capable of accommodating oversized cookware, roasting pans and multiple pots simultaneously. The elegant stainless steel frame makes it ideal for surface-mounted installation while adding a refined professional appearance to any modern kitchen.
The innovative PowerFlex XL zone delivers exceptional flexibility and up to 7360 W Booster power, ensuring rapid heating while maintaining precise induction temperature control. Combined with two additional variable cooking zones, the hob adapts easily to different cookware sizes and cooking styles.
Operation is managed via the intuitive SingleSlide touch control, allowing accurate power adjustment through a central slider. Intelligent cooking functions include automatic pan recognition, permanent pan detection, Stop&Go, Recall, timer, Keep Warm, automatic heat-up and Booster for every cooking zone.
Integrated Miele@home connectivity together with Con@ctivity enables automatic communication with compatible Miele cooker hoods, optimising extraction performance according to cooking activity for maximum comfort and energy efficiency.
Safety features include residual heat indicators, child lock, overheating protection, integrated cooling fan, safety switch-off and lock function, ensuring reliable everyday operation.
