The MIELE KM 8684 FL is a premium 80 cm built-in induction hob from the Platinum series, designed for users who demand the highest level of flexibility and intelligent cooking technology. The elegant frameless black ceramic glass surface blends seamlessly into modern kitchens and can be installed either flush with the worktop or surface-mounted.

The innovative full-surface induction technology transforms the entire cooking area into one intelligent cooking zone. Up to five pots or pans can be placed freely across the 740 × 380 mm cooking surface, while the hob automatically detects their position and size for maximum cooking flexibility.

The intuitive SingleSlide control system allows precise power adjustment through a central touch slider. The hob is also M Sense Ready, enabling advanced cooking and frying assistance when used with compatible M Sense cookware.

Additional convenience functions include automatic pan recognition, intelligent pan detection, Stop&Go, Recall, Keep Warm, timer functions, automatic heat-up and wipe protection. These features provide greater cooking precision, comfort and safety.

Integrated Miele@home and Con@ctivity technologies enable smart networking and automatic communication with compatible Miele cooker hoods, ensuring optimal ventilation performance during cooking.
