The MIELE KM 8685 FL is a premium 80 cm built-in induction hob from the Platinum series, designed for users who demand maximum flexibility, intelligent cooking assistance and professional-level performance. Its elegant frameless black ceramic glass surface integrates seamlessly into modern kitchens and supports both flush-fit and surface-mounted installation.

The innovative FullFlex full-surface induction technology transforms the entire cooking area into one intelligent cooking zone. Up to six pots or pans can be freely positioned across the surface, while the hob automatically detects their size, position and movement for maximum flexibility and convenience.

The advanced MultiSlide control system features six individual sliders that provide direct and precise control of cookware placed anywhere on the cooking surface. The KM 8685 FL is also M Sense Ready, enabling intelligent cooking and frying assistance when paired with compatible M Sense cookware.

Additional convenience features include automatic pan recognition, intelligent cookware detection, Stop&Go, Recall, Keep Warm, timer functions, Profi mode, automatic heat-up and wipe protection. These features ensure excellent cooking precision, comfort and safety.
