What can you order from Luxtehnika?
The range covers more than 2,000 products: built-in ovens, hobs, cooker hoods, refrigerators and dishwashers, plus kitchen sinks and taps. Brands include Miele, Gaggenau, ILVE, Küppersbusch, Blanco and Franke. The online shop and the ordering process are also available in Finnish.
How much does delivery to Finland cost and how long does it take?
Delivery to Finland costs €50 per order. Products in stock typically arrive in 7–14 days; items ordered in from the manufacturer can take longer, so ask about the lead time for the specific model. Will the appliances suit a Finnish kitchen?
Estonia and Finland share the same power grid (230/400 V) and the same sockets, so the appliances are the same as those sold on the Finnish market. Induction hobs and ovens are usually hard-wired, and the connection is made by an electrician. For gas hobs, check the gas type (natural gas or LPG); many models can be converted by changing the nozzles – ask us before ordering.
Can installation be ordered in Finland?

How do warranty and claims work?
As a consumer, EU consumer law gives you the right to claim for a defect within two years of receiving the goods. Claims are handled through us. See the terms and conditions for details.

Can I see the products in Tallinn?
