Vario-panel Teppan Yaki
The Gaggenau VP414 metal pan is ideal for cooking using the Japanese Teppanyaki method.
This method involves frying food directly on a metal plate, without the use of a frying pan or other utensils.
This pan has two independent heating zones, so you can use either the entire surface or just half of it.
Teppanyaki is a technology that gently cooks food using relatively high temperatures.
This pan can heat up to 240°C, with precise temperature control. Both radiators have independent power control and residual heat indicators.
Combinable with other VARIO 400 series panels.
Simple operation – rotary switches.
Control knobs must be ordered separately.
