Gaggenau's Vario modular system lets you combine several 28–38 cm DOMINO modules into one hob surface — induction, gas, a Teppan Yaki grill plate, a wok zone and even a lava-rock grill are all available as separate modules, so the cooking area can be built to match your kitchen and cooking style exactly, rather than choosing from one fixed set.

Full-width (60–90 cm) frameless induction hobs are also in range for anyone who doesn't need to combine modules — some models come with an extractor integrated directly into the hob.
